Find out why a year’s subscription costs so little.

We believe high-quality maths support should never be a luxury. Every student deserves clear teaching, accurate guidance and fair access. Our aim is simply to cover our costs, and to reinvest any surplus into continually improving our AI Maths Tutors for future learners.

Any financial surplus we generate is directed straight back into development. It is used to refine our AI tutors, expand subject coverage, improve accuracy and further strengthen reliability. This ensures that students benefit directly from continued investment, rather than resources being diverted away from learning.

We are committed to ensuring that genuine educational need is never overlooked. Free subscriptions will always be available for eligible students, whether due to financial circumstances or learning challenges. As part of our moral purpose, support is offered on the basis of need, effort and potential.

Many online learning platforms charge up to £100 per year for access. We believe this is unjustified and places financial return ahead of educational purpose. Our focus remains firmly on helping students succeed, not on pricing families out of high-quality academic support.

If you use OpenAI’s ChatGPT for maths help, then you REALLY need to use our AI Maths Tutors.

Why? …. Because ChatGPT will give you the wrong answer up to 7% of the time (more often when diagrams are involved).

We’ve spent thousands of hours training ChatGPT to operate MUCH more accurately for GCSE and A-Level Maths.

ChatGPT allows us to create more than 100 GPTs – essentially mini versions of ChatGPT that we can instruct to operate in very precise ways. Each maths topic for GCSE and A-Level has its own trained GPT – which we call the AI Maths Tutors. Each exam also has a specially-configured GPT (Exams Tutor) that has been trained on thousands of exam standard questions.

ChatGPT does not by default access the Internet to answer your maths question. It calls on the generic materials it was trained on – which leads to errors. We have created our own proprietary course materials that ChatGPT uses as the default for our AI Maths Tutors. This makes sure the standard is exactly correcy, increasing our AI Maths Tutors’ accuracy.

Generic ChatGPT makes errors as its default “temperature” is set to ‘medium’ (0.5 to 0.8 if you want to get technical). We have lowered ChatGPT’s temperature in each of our GPTs (the AI Maths Tutors) to 0.1 to 0.2, meaning they make fewer mistakes.

Rather than take our word for it, we asked ChatGPT to rate how we’ve powered up our GPTs (the tutors), as compared to generic ChatGPT. The answers to this question were very interesting!

Before one of our AI Maths Tutors’ answers is sent to the student, it is sent externally to a Phthon-programmed “maths checker”.

This further reduces the chances of a wrong answer being sent to the student. Watch the video to see how we’ve “powered-up” ChatGPT’s functionality in our GPT Maths Tutors.
